We had a burst pipe on a Sunday morning and the water was already in the passage. They answered the phone, arrived the same morning and had it repaired and tested before lunch. The area was left clean.
Full bathroom renovation on a rental unit. The pipework was planned properly upfront, the quote held and the job finished on the day they said it would. I have used them for two more units since.
